Protection of Personal Data
The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of the Company’s services is subject to the terms of this section as well as the relevant provisions of the Greek Law (Law 2472/1997) for the protection of person from the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article 8 of Law 2819/2000) and European law (directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). The present terms are formulated taking into account both the rapid development of technology and in particular the Internet and the existing – although not fully developed – network of legal regulations regarding these issues. In this context, any possible relevant regulation will be the subject of this section. In any case, the Company reserves the right to change the terms of protection of personal data after informing the visitors / users and within the existing or potential legal framework. If a visitor / user does not agree with the personal data protection conditions provided for in this section, he must not use the Company’s services.
Which personal data do we collect and why
Orders through e-commerce
For the use of the Company’s e-commerce services, the following information is requested from the visitor / user: First Name – Surname – Address – Postal Code – City – Region – – Electronic address (email) – Country – and for invoicing A.F.M, D .Y., Activity, Company Name.
The above data are also required for the issuance of the relevant documents (tax) and are kept in the financial file of the Company. The data concerning the purchasing interests of the visitor / user may never be disclosed to third parties.
Newsletters
For the registration of the visitor / user in the mailing lists of the Company’s Newsletters, the electronic address (email) is requested.< /p>
The Company keeps a file with the e-mail addresses of the recipients for sending newsletters regarding the offers of the online store as well as other messages of an informative or financial nature beyond the Newsletters, unless the recipient does not wish to do so and can be removed from the list of recipients at any time by sending an email to the e-mail address info@be-expert with the subject Deletion from the Newsletter,

In the contact form of the website, the following information of the visitor / user is requested: Name & electronic address (email). This data together with the visitor’s / user’s message is stored for the Company’s relevant communication with visitors / users.

The Company may use cookies to identify the visitor / user of certain services and pages of the Company (e.g. newsletters). Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of each visitor / user and do not take notice of any document or file from their computer.

Analysis tools Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a service web analysis provided by Google Inc. The Company uses the data provided by this service for the continuous optimization of its services. In this context, pseudonymous user profiles are created and cookies are used, see above. The information generated by cookies about the use of this website, such as:
- Browser type / version,
- operating system used,
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
- Computer host (IP address),
transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information is used to evaluate website usage, to compile reports on website activity, to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage for market research and website design purposes. This information may be disclosed to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data. In no case is the IP address of the visitor / user linked to other data held by Google. The IP addresses are anonymous, so that an assignment to a natural or legal person is not possible (IP masking).
The visitor / user can prevent the installation of cookies by setting the browser software accordingly. However, we point out that in this case it is not possible to make full use of all the features of this website.

Payments
The Company also accepts payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc. ) and is not responsible for the illegal use of a card by a non-holder, as long as its loss has not been reported to the bank, as it is the customer’s responsibility to keep their credit card safe.
For maximum security and convenience of electronic card transactions, the Company transfers the customer’s transaction in a secure environment to VivaWallet’s Paycenter or PayPal’s electronic transaction platform depending on which payment gateway the visitor / user will choose.
None of the information regarding the credit or debit cards of the visitors / users is recorded in the database of the website.

General terms of protection of personal data
The Company protects the personal nature of your data and may not transfer them to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason with the exception relevant provisions of the law and to the competent authorities only.
