Guarantees
All products e.g. electric tools, battery, gasoline, etc. are accompanied by a “Commercial Warranty” of good operation offered by the manufacturer and covered according to the specifications set by the manufacturer.
In the event that you find that the product is defective and it is under warranty you should contact us on 2310683636 in order to make your case known and to receive all the necessary directions and information.

The warranty period is indicated on each product page of our online store and is valid if you have carefully read the instructions for use of the product before putting it into operation, e.g. for tools, etc.
The shipment of the products to and from the manufacturer’s official Service Center or our company is at your expense*.
Return due to wrong product delivery
In the event that the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, you should contact us at 2310683636and after consultation you can return it to us directly at our own shipping costs with our cooperating courier or transport companies that we will indicate to you.
When the product is received by us, and after it has been checked and found to be in good condition according to the above, we will send you the correct product at our own shipping costs.
Return due to exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it to us within 14 calendar days of receiving it with your own shipping costs or ours (transportation costs will be deducted from the total return amount) and as long as it is in the its original condition, its packaging is intact in excellent condition not damaged or incomplete or with obvious signs of wear and includes all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials (e.g. for tools with all the accessories and forms that accompany it) or in the case of work equipment (e.g. safety shoes) have not been worn or washed and are intact in its packaging.
In the event that the product has lost its value due to mishandling, a refund cannot be made.
When the product is received by us, and after it has been checked and found to be in good condition according to the above, we will refund you in full the price you have paid for the specific purchase by depositing into your bank account that you will indicate to us and if you are the beneficiary .
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to products that have been manufactured for you to your own specifications and/or are clearly personalized, products that by their nature or are inextricably mixed with other elements, products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or of hygiene since they are unsealed or perishable or expire soon.
Damage in transit
In the event that the product you just received has been damaged in transit, you can tell if the packaging has scratches on the outside, this is not covered by the manufacturer’s commercial warranty.
Upon receipt, the condition of the product and its packaging should be carefully checked, in order to identify any problem that may have arisen during transport. If you find any problem with the packaging, please do not proceed with receiving the product, but contact us immediately. If you notice a problem immediately after receipt, you should report this to the carrier immediately. Immediately afterwards please contact us informing us of the relevant statement you made to the carrier.
